Keys of your Villa

Three keys, each a different color, open the entire villa:
- A black key unlocks the kitchen door for easy access when your arms are full of groceries
- A gray key provides direct access to the bedroom
- A blue key allows entry to the living room from the terrace

All other doors and French doors in the villa lock from the inside.
Each lock has a child safety lock; use it if you are unable to lock a door.

A/C, Fan and Lights

To save energy, please switch off the A/C when leaving the villa and keep doors closed while using it. A/C will make you room fresh in less than 10 minutes.

Use of ceiling fans: Position 4 = slow, Position 1 = fast

Toilet

Please do not throw paper or sanitary napkins inside the toilet. Thailand has his own sceptic tank system,

Hot Water

Hot water, distributed only in the showers, is regulated using the 3 temperature settings of the water heater installed in the outdoor storage.

Swimming Pool

We monitor the water quality and clean the pool, if necessary, every three days (every two days during rainy periods). This maintenance is carried out while you are away. If you are staying at the villa all day, you will receive a message beforehand, as respecting your privacy is important to us.

Mimi, the Cat

The owner's cat lives on the property, it kills insects and rodents within the property, it keeps snakes away. We feed her 2 times per day, You don't have to feed her yourself, but it's up to you (also, you can find bowls specifically for her under the kitchen sink)... But the cat must not enter the house and sleep on outdoor armchairs, please.

Garbages

To help preserve our island's resources and support the Thai circular economy, two bins are available in the kitchen:
- General waste bin
- Recycling bin (exclusively for empty and crushed plastic bottles, glass bottles, and aluminum cans).
Unlike Europe, Thailand has a dynamic recycling ecosystem, vital for the environment and society. Your efforts to sort your waste correctly directly benefit the local community.

Managing full bags: Once your garbage bags are full, please close them securely and place them in the large black bin located in the Sala (scooter garage). Please ensure the lid is tightly closed to avoid attracting animals from the surrounding jungle.

You will also find a compost bin for food waste near the property's roundabout.

Water Quality

For your comfort, the villa's water supply undergoes continuous filtration. While perfectly suited for washing, it is not intended for drinking.

For cooking or staying hydrated, we can provide 20-liter bottles of purified water. Feel free to contact us for installation or refills.

Housekeeping

Housekeeping is provided once a week (from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., exclusively during the Lesses's absence) for stays of 8 nights or more.

Cleaning includes changing sheets, replacing towels, washing floors if the floors are cleared of any personal effects.

For stays of 6 to 8 nights, changing sheets and replacing towels can be done on request. Please note that washing dishes and putting them away are not part of the housekeeping. Moreover for the day of check-out, dishes, kitchen utensils and appliances must be clean and put away in their original place by the guets before the keys are handed over.
