The villa includes 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with an outdoor breakfast table, a living room with smart TV, a shaded terrace with a dining area, a solarium, an 8-meter swimming pool... all with sea views.
A long balcony almost completely wraps around the villa.
There is also a guest bathroom and outdoor storage.
The villa is built on a massive rock, surrounded by greenery, making it a true nature retreat.
On the hillside, there is a huge rock, it was the only space in the ancient impenetrable jungle that allowed to admire the sea view. Today, the jungle has been tamed, a road has been created, and a villa of almost 200 sq. m has been built on this rock, so enormous.
Thus perched on its hill, surrounded by nature, with a dominant view of the city of ThongSala and in the distance Koh Samui, the villa faces south. You can admire the ever-changing landscape depending on the weather, the magnificent sunset 6 months per year.
Away from the noise of the city (but only 5 minutes by scooter from the city center) you can also listen to the songs of various birds, which is certainly why the locality is called Kao Hin Nok (translated into English: mountain, rocks, birds).
DIRECTLY BUILT ON TOP OF A HUGE ROCK
The birds, the coconut palms and trees constantly conquer the hill. There are also rocks of all sizes, some are even giant.
Villa on the Rock is entirely built on top of a gigantic block of stone. His shape has imposed the orientation but also the distribution, and arrangement of the villa. Every room offerts a view of the wild nature and a fantastic sea view.

Transparency was essential in this construction project; it's what gives us the feeling of living outdoors, a complete immersion in the panorama, nature, and foliage.
The humidity of Koh Phangan makes ventilation of the houses indispensable. This natural ventilation, facilitated by the constant breeze at this altitude, is ensured by numerous discreet mosquito nets.
